THE 90s AND URBAN CONSOLIDATION
In 1994 with the completion of the asphalt road came
along the natural gas. This last one allowed the generation of new constructive
proposals where the glass and big picture windows replaced the little windows
that were characteristic for keeping the heat inside.
This new techniques led to the emergence of a new
language that gave a distinct look to the local architecture and transformed it
as a referrer for the region.
The first ones who proposed this type of constructions were local architects and constructors that wanted to fade the limit between the inside and outside in hotel enterprises; allowing the nature to be contemplated in all its beauty. That´s how a new stage started to develop in the architecture of residential, commercial and public buildings.
