ANGOSTURA HOTEL

This Hotel was inaugurated in the 30s and was the first to be built in this area of the town. It was favored by the politics of National Parks who facilitated and helped people interested the construction of hotels with the objective of encouraging tourist activity.

Built with stone and wood respecting the National Parks style, it stood out for being the first hotel with central heating by boilers.

It´s unmatched view over the “Bahía Mansa” (Calm Bay) and the natural environment gives them a setting unique for this building following the european mountain style.

The tourists that arrived at this hotel, came with the flagship of National Parks, the “Modesta Victoria” that came from Bariloche.
